I expected results a lot sooner I expected results a lot sooner, but I guess the process is such that it takes a few months to get to the settlement phase. I also didn't expect NetDebt to take that large of a cut of the settlement. That part was not sufficiently explained during the sign up process. The overall result I hope will be satisfactory.

NetDebth should be investigated for… NetDebth should be investigated for scamming people taking money charge for the service that they never provide,I get charged $636.00 and they never contacted one of my creditors for a year, my balance in my account should be $1,789.77 but they are sending me back $1,023.00 , the explanation....we get the charge fee,now I have a judgement against me and the court after my property, Attorney General please do something about it.and for people out there, please stay away from this people because you will end up paying twice your dept while they make money out you period.

They’ve helped me beyond belief...they… They’ve helped me beyond belief...they answered all my questions...they are taking care of my creditors so I don’t have to...the relief off my mind has been unbelievable...I’m in chronic physical pain and have been hospitalized several times and to not deal with creditors has been great...I’d recognize them to everyone who needs to get out of debt and want to rebuild their credit rating...

Don't go with them opened the account to help pay off my debt because after I had my son I used some of my credit cards to pay his hospital bill, and it just stated accumulating more. I was given an amount that they would negotiate and that would be what I would pay, but as the time went on my bill kept getting higher and I ended up paying much more than what I originally owed. I ended up pulling out my biggest account and settling it on my own. Live and learn, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't help, they just add to the stress.

I think we need to start a class action… I've since talked to Elizabeth and I'm hoping all my concerns are met. She was very engaged to what I was concerned about, and didn't try to push the blame elsewhere. She explained more than anyone else I've talked to and assured me that my debt would be gone before the end of my contract. She spoke calmly and directly, didn't interrupt me . Great props for Elizabeth.
