There were many frustrations and bumps in the road in this process mostly due to externalities. My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.

Don't go with them opened the account to help pay off my debt because after I had my son I used some of my credit cards to pay his hospital bill, and it just stated accumulating more. I was given an amount that they would negotiate and that would be what I would pay, but as the time went on my bill kept getting higher and I ended up paying much more than what I originally owed. I ended up pulling out my biggest account and settling it on my own. Live and learn, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't help, they just add to the stress.
