I expected results a lot sooner I expected results a lot sooner, but I guess the process is such that it takes a few months to get to the settlement phase. I also didn't expect NetDebt to take that large of a cut of the settlement. That part was not sufficiently explained during the sign up process. The overall result I hope will be satisfactory.

When I call, I speak with a live representative, never have to wait or placed on hold. I am very satisfied with the decision I made to be in the program & be debt free.
