The company went above and beyond what… The company went above and beyond what I expected. They were very timely and kept us informed throughout the process. They were able to get us out of the doomed timeshare experience. I would highly recommend them and use them again if necessary.

I judge a company on it's word and… I judge a company on it's word and performance. My case has lasted years, YEARS, though I was told it would be 18 months. Paid in full. But no one has completed the contract. If I hired a landscaper to do my home, paid them in full, and, after years, still didn't have the job done (no matter what the excuse), what would you rate them? If I could give a negative star, I would.

They were in regular contact via phone and email to keep us posted on the progress of our case. Their service was cost effective and successful. Our case was resolved in about 7 months, which was much quicker than we had expected. We are so glad to be rid of our timeshare contract.

Highly recommend!!! This was a very smooth transition from start to finish.
