Kudos to Timeshare Compliance When we realized what a complex and costly timeshare we had signed up for we turned to Timeshare Compliance and immediately stopped receiving notices from the timeshare and went through a lengthy process that never wavered in its forward movement. My experience has been disappointing to… My experience has been disappointing to say the least. The promises that was made to us was not true or followed through with. My credit has taken a hit as their advise was to stop paying on the timeshare and the credit repair company they referred you to would ensure noting would go onto your credit report and the timeshare company would close out my account. Not true at all, and now I can’t reach them, the credit repair company, and the attorney they turn you on to does absolutely nothing for 90 days and the generic letter they supposedly send says nothing. All of the three requires up front payments and for doing what. This is the closest thing to a scam that I have ever experienced.
