No reponse, poor service. I submitted my documents for an annual review on January 16th. On numerous occasions I was told that the documents had been received. Still got intimidating messages saying that my IVA may be at risk. Finally got through to a person last week and still not heard back. This is shocking service and my advice for anyone considering an IVA is to avoid Creditfix like the plague.

I have not debt and no reason to be… I have not debt and no reason to be contacted by creditfix but I received a letter from them about a meeting of some sort. I cannot get hold of anyone and do not know why I have a letter from them. I do not know if they are a legitimate company or not. There is no reference on the letter and it is extremely vague. Not impressed. The letter has the creditfix phone number on it but this gives no useful info. The chat facility on their website asks for personal details and appears to be a way of getting information from people before actually doing anything. Very bad practice.

ROB DOGS MAKE OUT THERE HELPING YOU OUT BUT THEY ARE ROBBING YOU

Failing company. This company does not know how to answer the phone or respond to emails. They are incapable of carrying out annual reviews. They are failing their customers. Do not trust them with your problematic finances. The will get you into more trouble.
