Started my IVA journey with Vanguard Started my IVA journey with Vanguard, which then got passed to Ebengate, which now I receiver emails from Creditfix! 3 different providers all getting my details! After 6 and a half years (1 year extended as I own my home) 6months the charge is STILL ON MY PROPERTY. I've chased up chased up phone calls emails they're dragging it out . Land registry have been amazing and said its down to them! And they're just saying be patient??? 6years it's meant to be, not 6months after. I want to move on with my bloody life! Can't do naff all til they've removed it. And I got solicitors breathing down my neck why it's taking so long! Unbelievable DO NOT GET AN IVA WITH CREDITFIX staff lovely to talk to. But the whole process after they've been taking your money for years is shocking.

Don’t go to Creditfix for help with debt. I’ve been with Credit fix for nearly a year. I hit rock bottom when my Cat Penne died. Credit fix took all of my details leaving no stone unturned regardless of my input at the time. They left out an important creditor from day one and after many phone calls Creditfix haven’t fulfilled their part of the contract that I signed. They left out other creditors from my IVA who have now sold debts to other companies. Because of this I’m being harassed by phone and text by companies that I’ve never done business with. . I was also asked for more money by Creditfix to be taken from from my creditors to go to creditfix with regards to rising costs in living for living crisis. Which I thought an absolute cheek. Do not use Creditfix. They want to make money from downfalls. You get stuck with an IVA 5 years and turned away from everyone.Creditfix don’t put all of your creditors into your IVA. Creditfix don’t show you what they do with your money. To date I have given Creditfix £1125 and I don’t know where the money is actually going. The adverts are lies. No more harassment is a lie. We take care of your debts is a lie.

I have not debt and no reason to be… I have not debt and no reason to be contacted by creditfix but I received a letter from them about a meeting of some sort. I cannot get hold of anyone and do not know why I have a letter from them. I do not know if they are a legitimate company or not. There is no reference on the letter and it is extremely vague. Not impressed. The letter has the creditfix phone number on it but this gives no useful info. The chat facility on their website asks for personal details and appears to be a way of getting information from people before actually doing anything. Very bad practice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Great for couples years and now terrible. I lost my job and explained to them I was unable to make 1 months payment they sent me link and said just fill it in once daughters back as I need use her phone for pictures. Then the next day called me hourly saying couldn't stop calls until payment was made. They harass you more than the creditors DO NOT USE THEM!
