This time they are asking for money as I got a small bonus at Christmas,so I sent an extra 3payslips showing that I also received less pay (£1500 in total) as I had been off with depression and on top of this high inflation rates. This does not make any difference to them, they just to get as much money out of you andpressure you by saying you will fail your agreement. I would use a different company to help you, wish this was better than I thought it would be but when they try to take more money from you even when I took home less it's not fair.

Land registry have been amazing and said its down to them! And they're just saying be patient??? 6years it's meant to be, not 6months after. I want to move on with my bloody life! Can't do naff all til they've removed it. And I got solicitors breathing down my neck why it's taking so long! Unbelievable DO NOT GET AN IVA WITH CREDITFIX staff lovely to talk to. But the whole process after they've been taking your money for years is shocking.

Failing company. This company does not know how to answer the phone or respond to emails. They are incapable of carrying out annual reviews. They are failing their customers. Do not trust them with your problematic finances. The will get you into more trouble.
