Caution.. Caution... I do not know how effective this company is on repairing credit. I did not go through with it due to not needing the services any longer. I tried to cancel my membership two weeks prior to the transaction authorized to be taken out from my credit card and was told I needed to speak with the representative that opened my membership, instead of instantly canceling. They stated it was their policy and promised that they will call back and reassured me that I had enough time to cancel before the payment was due and that they will not processed an attempt. Well of course as of today I find out they did process a payment and no one ever contacted me back. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Just an extra headache I don’t need and regret ever contacting this company in the first place. Caution if you are not sure you want this service and consider canceling their service.. beware! The canceling services is not accessible when you want it to be. It is on their terms. So that advertisement of canceling at anytime is not true!

Payments irregularities had always been… Payments irregularities had always been the issues on my credit,this really affected me as I had a credit score as low as 486,background checks,bad credit reports. All of these caused hardness of paying up my credit by virtue of fact,I lost my job just of recent, it's been so ,it's been a scath catering for the kids as I am a mother of there. I really can't explain how happy I've been ever since then to you guys. I'm now a proud owner of a well furnished and equipped home in Dallas. Garbage liar company Garbage liar company. They say they will clean your reports at lightning speed for $150 a month and when you call to ask what is going on they give you a scripted answer about what they are doing for you and how there is more than just negative item removal to repairing credit - my ass. Spent $600 with them and pulled the plug for good with not one iota of anything ever getting done.

Key Credit? No communication where is the service???… The service is slow and you get this useless answer from the service center? They say this is happening or something is being delivered and another person has a different answer? If I don’t get some kind of a report or response in the next couple of days? I’m paying good money and I expect good service and real time answers! Not a response you can get from a fortune cookie! Don’t sign up for this service until you see how they respond to my request for verification of services? Key Credit DISAPPOINTMENT Key Credit DISAPPOINTMENT I worked with them from August-2023 until March 2024 I haven’t seen any results every time I login in to check the results it says dispute the lady I spoke to Jennifer said I shouldn’t need the whole program she told me 3 months max key credit it’s not worth it no results I strongly do not recommend this company I spent over 100s of dollars for nothing no results no updates no nothing!
