Good but miss human contact I just ask for a refund, because the agency car that we chose wanted to make us pay for scratch that was there before drive the car and I had proof (pictures before take the car), but they said that was enough evidence... So I contact with rental car and after fill the refund form and 2 emails, rental cover said that they approved our case and they gonna give us the money back. But the only bad thing I felt with rentalcover is the lack of personal contact and by emails it feels like isn't a human interact.

Returning the hired car We rented a car through a, supposedly, reputable car hire company at Stansted Airport and on returning the car we were faced with a large bill for damage to the car which was not anything to do with us.
