NLGood but miss human contact I just ask for a refund, because the agency car that we chose wanted to make us pay for scratch that was there before drive the car and I had proof (pictures before take the car), but they said that was enough evidence... So I contact with rental car and after fill the refund form and 2 emails, rental cover said that they approved our case and they gonna give us the money back. But the only bad thing I felt with rentalcover is the lack of personal contact and by emails it feels like isn't a human interact.

FIMaybe to reach by phone would be nice Maybe to reach by phone would be nice. In digital environment it would be easier if insurance company contact directly to rent car and they can discuss better if en€ client refused or disagree claim which rent car companies try to charge from end client when they notified client has extra insurance. This is not first time, even the big rent car companies can make errors, not purpose….I hope.

ITI had been fooled by DRIVALIA rome I had been fooled by an Italian car rental company, named DRIVALIA, ROme. THey really FxxxxD me bad with a good italian style, charging me for the impossible, obviously false, and the rental company, DRIVALIA, also denied all, even in front of the evidence, along with Booking.com support. Rental Cover saved me for this illegal charges

CHIn April 2024 - I got super service In April 2024 I booked here in Switzerland a rental car from Airport HAM (DE) with insurance from RentalCover.com. Mostly nothing happens. But this days I had some minor demages on the car, claimed by rental company. I provided requested dokuments to RentalCover.com via web-upload and they provided me a first class service -nothing to say furtherwise- I always was informed about status, got my money back quite fast and up to last Swiss Rappen (comparable to Cent) . I will again look for RentalCover.com - protection for next car-rental I do.
