ITI had been fooled by DRIVALIA rome I had been fooled by an Italian car rental company, named DRIVALIA, ROme. THey really FxxxxD me bad with a good italian style, charging me for the impossible, obviously false, and the rental company, DRIVALIA, also denied all, even in front of the evidence, along with Booking.com support. Rental Cover saved me for this illegal charges

FIMaybe to reach by phone would be nice Maybe to reach by phone would be nice. In digital environment it would be easier if insurance company contact directly to rent car and they can discuss better if en€ client refused or disagree claim which rent car companies try to charge from end client when they notified client has extra insurance. This is not first time, even the big rent car companies can make errors, not purpose….I hope.

ITReturning the hired car We rented a car through a, supposedly, reputable car hire company at Stansted Airport and on returning the car we were faced with a large bill for damage to the car which was not anything to do with us.
