Unhappy with American Family until I found the right agency to deal with then things went 100% smooth. At first no one on my veneral area would return my alls nor messages. I decided to reach out to other location and thankfully I found Sylvia Ruiz she actually awswered the pgone and got me a lolicy drawn up imediatly. My experiance with Sylvia Ruiz was the best customer service Ive had in years. All agencies should take a lesson from Sylvia, people want to talk to a guman beinv dint get run thru the phone gauntlet. All my future dealing with home and auto will be with Sylvia
