GBUpdate needed on Web and App system I like the policy and agent generally. However, I've never had to file a claim. My issue is with how clunky and difficult the web based and app based payment system is to use. The inability to use the same primary email address on separate accounts caused me great problems and I've never been able to log into the Android application.

GBUnhappy with American Family until I found the right agency to deal with then things went 100% smooth. At first no one on my veneral area would return my alls nor messages. I decided to reach out to other location and thankfully I found Sylvia Ruiz she actually awswered the pgone and got me a lolicy drawn up imediatly. My experiance with Sylvia Ruiz was the best customer service Ive had in years. All agencies should take a lesson from Sylvia, people want to talk to a guman beinv dint get run thru the phone gauntlet. All my future dealing with home and auto will be with Sylvia
