I'm very blessed to work with your team. I'm so very pleased with this organization, I uploaded documents and miss labeled them and they took care of it and corrected them within 4 hours of me sending an email, in regard to me making this mistake. A warm and special thanks to Megan Penry.

AAFMAA-David AAFMAA-David, he has been our agent for the past three years. He helped us with our new home build on our lot. From the start he demonstrated immense knowledge and understanding. Very pateint when we had problems with the Builder. He stayed in the fight with us, and the end result is nothing short of a Miracle. So if you need an agent that will never give up on you, AAFMAA-David, is the agent. No words will ever thank him enough.

We recently approached AAFMAA in order to obtain a new policy We recently approached AAFMAA in order to obtain a new policy for my husband, a retired green beret. In the list of questions, they ask about counseling and if you've been diagnosed with PTS. If yes, then they want the VA to release all files regarding this diagnosis. The VA refused to release files and say they have never and will never release these files for insurance purposes. AAFMAA claimed that they do receive this sort of HIPAA protected, private information in order to provide an insurance policy. They conceded and said they would take a letter, but the letter that was provided was not acceptable to them. In the end, they declined the application for a policy. This is DISGRACEFUL and UNACCEPTABLE. Any person who has served in the US military certainly suffers from PTS and AAFMAA claims they are there for veterans. This is the joke of the century. We would never recommend them.

Karen L. Whitehead Karen L. Whitehead your Membership Coordinator Sales was outstanding. She took this 78 year old Army LTC Infantry Retired through a new application for insurance. Step by step she explained in detail the information I needed to know. She knows her forms. She knows how to treat us senior citizen's. Her kindness sets her apart from many others in this field. Thank you very kindly in helping me and my family in getting this insurance.
