GBAshley Jones On Feb. 20th, I called AAFMAA to discuss a policy my dad had. Our family lost him unexpectantly in November and the paperwork has been beyond overwhelming. Ashley Jones in customer service guided me through so much and was empathetic to my constant tears through the entire call. By the time we were ending our conversation, I felt like I had made a friend. Her compassion toward me was so sincere and honest. I truly am blessed to have had the opportunity to get her on the phone that day! ♥

PRIf only the whole process matched the initial agent's service Our initial agent, Carl Vickers, should be the example for others throughout the process of initiating life insurance. Stellar customer service, Mr. Vickers! The logistical portion, specifically getting medical records, was painstaking, impersonal, and a part of the process that nearly lost this customer. That part could be much better! The fact that my husband was rejected made backing out even more tempting. By God's grace, I was awarded the policy, so I at least have some peace of mind now.

GBMs Ashley was superb Ms Ashley was superb, very knowledgeable and great sense of humor. I’ll probably look her up as a potential 2d wife to save my fully paid up SBP if my 1st wife should predecease me. Can AAFMAA get me a good draft pre-nup agreement ??

GBCalled today to respond to a renewal letter Called today to respond to a letter wanting me to contact AAFMAA on renewing a policy that is going to expire. Upon calling I was connected with Dale Hawley, Membership Coordinator. Immediately Dale addressed my renewal, by fist insuring my identity, and then updating my contact information. Dale then offered me choices in amounts of coverage and length of time for the different coverages offered. Dale was extremely personable and very helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and informative regarding the different options open to me. His ability to clearly explain things lead to my clear understanding of my choices. I did make a choice on coverage and time that is best for myself and my family. Dale then took my application over the phone and set up for home medical exam for me. Dale represents AAFMAA extremely well and he played a key role in me wanting to renew my policy with AAFMAA. Dale is an excellent representative and he knows his craft. Thank You for a Job Well Done!!!!
