They have always been responsive and understanding, and have done what was needed in order to repair damage and, when necessary, find lodging for me outside my home while repairs were in progress. They have never tried to nickel and dime me. Whenever I call, a real person answers the phone who can answer my questions, or transfer me to someone who can.

Ripping off your good drives to protect the crappy ones. My insurance has gone up over 200% in 2 years. But you blame it on inflation, get real inflation has risen 200%. Money grabbing company. Maybe stop paying the worthless movie actors to promote Amica, and put money back in the pockets of your customers.
