GBThey DO pay They DO pay, but from my experience it takes a while. I rented a car from Hertz and the windshield cracked. Cost to repair was around $200. Hertz wanted immediate payment, so I paid out of pocket. However, I was eventually reimbursed. Bonzah explained there was some mix-up over my address (?). As a result, I took a break from using them, but I'm back, purchasing their insurance again.

CAFirst time user, pleasantly surprised! I’ll be honest that I was skeptical of dropping my bags at some random place but Bonzah came through! We used a hair salon in Oahu prior to boarding our cruise ship. It was easy, reliable, and affordable!
