GBGreat customer service In the nightmare of flight cancellations December 24th 2022 Bonzah was very easy to get ahold of to cancel service with zero hassels. They fully refuded me within 24 hours. I will use Bonzah again in the future and totally recommend them.

GBThey DO pay They DO pay, but from my experience it takes a while. I rented a car from Hertz and the windshield cracked. Cost to repair was around $200. Hertz wanted immediate payment, so I paid out of pocket. However, I was eventually reimbursed. Bonzah explained there was some mix-up over my address (?). As a result, I took a break from using them, but I'm back, purchasing their insurance again.

GBGreat insurance options at a great price! This Company offered me better options than another company I had purchased from in the past. They're plans are some of the best that I have seen for Car rental insurance, at a price that is very affordable. They were responsive to my requests, and did so speedily. I will do business with them again when the opportunity arises in the near future...
