I would like to see more information either online or in the contract to clearly see the maturity value at the end of each year if no withdrawals were made. Only issue I had was that it appears the chat function is not monitored. I got no response after a day and a half of trying. The phone system is often backed up and I never received a callback. However, I just kept calling until I was able to reach a live person. I expect to be satisfied with my Canvas annuity investment.
