No communication After being with Inshur for 4 years I found out what they're really like when I tried to make a claim. The claim has been going on for two and a half years and I still don't know what's going on despite me repeatedly asking because communication is diabolical. AVOID!

So far so good So far so good, Happy with the customer service, they are very polite and knowledgeable, and the platform is very handy. The only problem is the very long queue to get connected which is almost the same in other providers.
