No communication After being with Inshur for 4 years I found out what they're really like when I tried to make a claim. The claim has been going on for two and a half years and I still don't know what's going on despite me repeatedly asking because communication is diabolical. AVOID!

Trying to cancel auto renewal Am still on hold after 30mins trying to cancel an auto renewal because I can't seem to do this online. I emailed two days ago to cancel and you sent through my renewed docs a few hours later! This is really shocking practice and not legal. I am well within the cancellation window. I suspect you will make yourselves unavailable for the next few days and my renewal is due to take effect 6 May.
