GBI dont have a log in or a way to see my… I dont have a log in or a way to see my policy..... Update. I was told to call customer service only to wait on hold and then be forced to hang up.....what's going on. Do I have a policy or not?

GBOnly company I will use to insure phones and electronics I have had camera's and phones insured with this company for several years and always have had good service whether by phone or internet. Representatives have always been friendly and knowledgeable about products offered and about where to take my phone for repairs.
