GBTerrible company Terrible company, a pain to deal with and they don’t pay what things are worth (Pun?). They didn’t give me trade in value for my damaged IPHONE, approximately 600, they found refurbished phones at Walmart for 349 and that’s all they paid. Who refurbished that thing ? I paid approximately $900 for my phone and replaced it with an approximate $1100 IPhone 15 !! All from Apple

GBThe Best Experience With Bailey Claims Support I had the best experience using the live chat feature and Bailey Claims Support was the absolute all-star that helped me with all my questions. I broke my Baby Moms laptop and she is having me pay for her insurance and the deductible to her claim. I needed to understand how it worked as if I was a New customer being educated on the claim process. Bailey was vital in Explaining things with great professionalism and honesty. Bailey was able to make me feel like I could ask any question without being rushed or pushed to another department(which might have been better for the type of some questions I asked. Best part was the interest I gained for using this service for my own products by the way Bailey gave the simple direct answers to file a claim and how the coverage works. GBBest Cell Phone Insurance Best cell phone insurance provider and I'm so glad I found them a few years ago. Their claims/reimbursement process is pretty simple and straightforward. I recommend everyone save images of their serial #'s in the event you lose access to your phone.

GBI’ve heard good things two of brothers… I’ve heard good things two of brothers and my sister have used this insurance for their phones/iPads for over a year with no complaints (even when my sister had her car broken into and phone stolen). Signing up was a straightforward process. Now I’ll wait to see for myself if everything measures up as promised, but hopefully I won’t be needing to make a claim at all! Thanks Worth Ave!
