GBEasy to choose a product, and a great value I used Worth Ave Group while my daughters were in college. So when I bought a new MacBook, I wanted to make sure I was protected. While we never had a claim, I trusted them for their straightforward billing and simple renewal reminders. Hoping I never need to submit a claim, but I rest easier knowing I’m protected.

GBGreat Customer Service! I have purchased a NSSI policy for my daughter each school year for the last 4 years. She never had a claim until now (last quarter of her Senior Year). Her bicycle was stolen overnight at Stanford University. It was locked up in a 2nd floor walkway. The customer service has been remarkable. First, a live person from the Worth Ave Group answered the phone, and walked me through the claim process (very easy). My daughter was very organized and had a copy of the receipt from when she purchased her bike last year, and she had the business card of the police officer who took the report, which helped facilitate the process, but I was surprised to get an email this morning, 24 hours after the theft, letting us know our claim was approved and a check would be forthcoming in the mail in about a week! It was upsetting to have the bike stolen, but the simple claim process with the Worth Group helped to reduce the stress tremendously. Thank you!!!

GBOnly company I will use to insure phones and electronics I have had camera's and phones insured with this company for several years and always have had good service whether by phone or internet. Representatives have always been friendly and knowledgeable about products offered and about where to take my phone for repairs. Compensation was received very quickly and for the amount I was advised it would be. Just now went on line to add my daughters new phone Simple process that took less than 5 minutes.
