So far, so good Haven't had to file a claim yet so i dont know how well that process is yet. So far when purchasing the year insurnace it was fairly easy. However I still haven't been able to get my account set up. It wont work every time I have tried. I will have to call customer service. Also my only complaint is that I bought the insurance the day I received my chromebook brand new and the only option for what condition it was in was "used". When purchasing the insurance, it was brand new. Other than that, great service so far.
