So far not too bad The website was malfunctioning and I got tired of having to keep trying to get in, I called them and shortly thereafter it worked. Hopefully I bought this insurance for no reason, but if I need them, that's where the rubber meets the road..... will my product get fixed properly and timely?..... So far, so good Haven't had to file a claim yet so i dont know how well that process is yet. So far when purchasing the year insurnace it was fairly easy. However I still haven't been able to get my account set up. It wont work every time I have tried. I will have to call customer service. Also my only complaint is that I bought the insurance the day I received my chromebook brand new and the only option for what condition it was in was "used". When purchasing the insurance, it was brand new. Other than that, great service so far.

Laptop warranty issue The rep. was great for the 2023-2024 school year because I called to pay for the insurance of my son's laptop from his school in Florida, and the service this time was accurate, fast, and friendly. However, for the 2022-2023 school year, I was not a fan of this company because the rep. was not knowledgeable of anything and the accent of her language got stronger to the point that I could not understand what she was saying which frustrated me.
