The only frustrating part was errors that were made on my initial forms by the rep over the phone, and there was no way for me to edit the info when reviewing them online & I was told to sign anyway and call to request an amendment, which resulted in several calls back and forth over a period of weeks with reps to get it corrected before my policy was issued and now the info is on several extra documents instead of my original paperwork. Other than that, great experience with all of the reps who were kind and informative!

When things were getting delayed they were still keeping in touch and when things changed they were still able to come up with a solution that worked for me.
