Cerity to the rescue We contacted a large commercial insurance agency that could not seem to find a carrier for us due to having employees working from home in multiple states. We are still receiving communications from Cerity 6 months later while we dispute an audit that didn't even have my name spelled correctly. We will need to take them to court to get our money back. I wish I'd read the reviews on the BBB prior to choosing them. They have a D- rating.
