GBCustomer service It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.

GBSatisfied Customer for Many Years I've been using Tech Insurance for many years, their rates are reasonable and completing the online application is quite easy. I get a renewal reminder via email every year, in plenty of time to complete the transaction before the deadline.

GBFast, easy, low overhead Buying insurance is a pain, but necessary to do business (even if certain required insurance doesn't make sense for your business, ex: not a lot of workplace injuries in web dev shop ;-)). These guys cut it down to the bare essentials to get what you need for a tech company. I've used them to insure two of my companies.

GBMultiple businesses covered with TechInsurance This is my second business to need insurance with TechInsurance. They really are fantastic. I worked with Paola C who made numerous updates to my policies till the quotes were the best price covering exactly what I needed. I'd recommend TechInsurance as your first stop for insurance. Then when you compare them with someone else you can confirm what I always do: they already showed you the very best price you were going to find!
