GBTech Insurance To The Rescue I have used Tech Insurance since 2000 for my business insurance needs. Having retired a couple of years ago I was no longer carrying insurance. When an old client asked that I exit retirement for a while and help them out. Unfortunately, when I submitted my application for insurance I was rejected. Never happened before so I called in to find out what was going on. Turns out the business insurance landscape has changed since Covid and the changes left me out in the cold. However, that is not the end of my tale. Your agents went to work and fixed me up with the same policy and provider I had used in the past at a reasonable price. So, I am back in business and did not have to tell my client that I would not be able to help them. Win, win, win as I see it. Thanks Tech Insurance.

GBSuper buggy website Super buggy website, still unable to complete my quote. Update 2/12/24: My account manager did reach out to me and is attempting to get the issue resolved. This appears to be a technical issue with my account data, as others (even a close friend) was able to successfully update their company info for a quote.

GBCustomer service It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.

GBQuick response and insurance agent very helpful Quick response and the insurance agent was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to answer all of my questions. I liked that I was able to do it all online and over email.
