GBBy the book. Your Sears tech was really by the book. His work order said "oven". and not "microwave". He was going to leave, until I called your office, and was told it was ok to fix. He is really by the book. He did a great job on the dryer. But the microwave was different.

GBIt’s very easy to request service It’s very easy to request service. Did call the contractor to schedule the appointment and time. The tech came out on the early of the 4 hour span. He was done within the hour.

GBI used one of my 2x yearly hvac… I used one of my 2x yearly hvac checkups. The response was fast, the serviceman showed promptly and on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very clean and friendly. He acted as though I was his only call that day taking his time to do the work and answer my questions.

GBMost BS company ever Most BS company ever, taking two house back to diff warranty company, my second claim in 2 years and they had me waiting for a whole month with no freezer, tech guy told me about how they will play me but i didnt belive till it happened, i would not recommend this company for any one! Worst customer service too

GBA happy customer of FAHW so can you... I am very pleased with First American Home warranty. Customer service is very efficient and pleasant. I wish that in future contractors that assigned would be from my more local area instead of 1 to 2 hours away, then wouldn't have to wait at times for one week appointment. The contractors assigned in the past were wonderful and I am very happy to be a customer of FAHW.
