I appreciate the professionalism and the personalities of each and every showroom host and telephone representatives. They make shopping with Gemshopping, fun and easy. My Customer Service experience has also been excellent. Any question you have they’re able to answer immediately. You never have to wait on hold and rarely do they not pick the phone up on the second or third ring. And after shopping a few times with Gemshopping They know your name immediately when they pick up the phone. When they say you’re part of the family, you do feel like you’re part of the family.

Over the past couple of months I have… Over the past couple of months I have purchased several items. Some of them have been disappointing. Almost as if the scale on air has been skewed. I’m not implying that’s the case, but the items received appear much different in person. While I appreciate the seven day return policy, it does get pricey to return items. You must pay to ship the item back, and the additional cost to insure it. I recently questioned a manager regarding the GS customer reviews. They have no reviews on their website newer than 2021. Additionally, the reviews that are posted are all favorable. No negative reviews at all. I am awaiting a response. One thing that is consistent is the level of customer service. Thus far, my experience with customer service has been stellar.
