I wanted to rate 0 star I wanted to rate 0 star. After I waited for six days for my online order to arrive, I saw the status was still “processing”. Then I contacted customer service with the order number and account information. What I got was “there was no such order”!! I don’t know what is wrong with the store. But I wasted all the time for the order to come so I could use as a gift. Never had worse experience than this!

Disappointed Well the item I ordered was actually stolen in transit so I haven’t received anything yet. I don’t think it’s their fault but it’s hard to be happy about my experience when it’s really awful. I really want to emphasize this was not Gem Shopping’s fault!! I received a message from GSN regarding this issue and they are working with the shipper and their insurance to take care of my loss. They even asked that I reach back to them so they can help me find a perfect replacement! 4 STARS ⭐️
