Super easy refi Super easy refi! The only negative was due to the overwhelming amount of people getting refi’s it took more than 60 days to close. Good thing we weren’t desperate to close earlier. Would definitely use them again though.

When you see the money you save, using CapCenter is a 'no brainer'! I cannot believe how quick and easy the process of refinancing our home was with CapCenter! Not to mention saving us quite a bit of money. Other lenders will promise you this and that, but cannot match the savings you get with CapCenter. Ok, could have gone better Leading up to the closing everything was fine except the appraisal was a low ball and had to redone. Once a new appraisal was available the appraisal dept did not alert the underwriting dept therefore at the closing the figures were wrong. Had to wait 4 hours to close. Then once the cash out was wired, it was the wrong amount and took almost 48 hrs to correct. Not happy with the end of the process but Jordan up until that point was A+
