She was very thorough with my needs and my medical plan. Answering all of my questions in great detail. I appreciate her so much.

Friendly voices in responses I was speaking with an agent regarding what options I had for selecting a secondary insurance plan. The gentleman I was chatting with explained everything I asked of him as well as explained all of the details of the plan I was choosing. He took his time and made sure, that I understood what he was speaking of. His name is William DiBlasio. You won't be disappointed with his service.

Your staff developed a program for me… Your staff developed a program for me with a time frame. The starting date was Feb 4. The prescription part was not included because I have VA prescription benefits. I have spent literally hours on the phone with your staffs and now I’m told that the program application is being denied and can’t be renewed until October. Your company/program appears to be very negative and, at this point, gets nothing positive from me.
