Great customer service! Friendly and personable. Denise was very personable and answered all of my questions. The ones she didn't readily know the answer for, she put me on a short hold and came back with the answers. She followed up later in the day as we had discussed, but I was still not available. Her follow ups though is what prompted me to finish up the enrollment today. Without her diligence, I would likely have forgotten or put it off longer. Like I already said, Denise was very friendly and personable and I enjoyed speaking with her to get this all set up.

I changed my mind about tge insurance… I changed my mind about tge insurance after making a deposit of $225.00. Requested a refund also a txt or Mail referencing the deposit Spoke to several agents but no refund. BBB stated that your company was horrible when it comes to situation like mine. If i haven't received my refund within a week then i will be forced to take necessary action BBB stated that you guys pressure sale customers which is what happened in my case. Please do the right thing . Thanks2 .

Account in question? I was nice conversation but we got confused on the price of the witch I'm really good on $495.00/month because I don't keep that kinda money in my account because my account is setup to pay only a few bills automatically every month so i hope the payment system will not try charging me more than the $90 of last time.

Satisfaction over the Phone Anthony explained everything clearly and in detail and answered all my questions. When he needed to speak to his supervisor he put me on a very brief hold then connected me directly with his supervisor, Gregg who was as respectful as Anthony and responded to all my questions and concerns. We look forward to doing business with them if necessary and I now have peace of mind re: my car.

Purchase in review I don’t remember the names of the first 2 people I spoke to but the last guy Greg was perfect. He explained and answered all the questions that I had. He was patient and allowed me time to check and recheck whatever it was I wanted to check. He made me feel comfortable in the choice I was making.
