The roadside assistance program that… The roadside assistance program that Verti use has the worst customer skills I've ever experienced. A Verti roadside assistant customer service agent called a third party tow truck provider that has one driver. My wait time went from a 1 hr wait that was confirmed by a member of the roadside assistant agent to not knowing what time or when another driver would be dispatched. I was placed on hold for 1 additional for a Verti roadside agent to come back on the line to assist me. I will not be patronizing Verti Insurance anymore.

Affordable, honest, & easy to apply. This was my very FIRST experience getting car insurance on my own. I had been on my parents company through Geico since I was 16. Denise B. was incredible to work with. She communicated effectively throughout the process. I appreciated her honesty, transparency and straight forward approach. Denise eased my anxiety. At no time did I feel "pushed" into choosing Verti. A price I could afford for a great policy, too.
