The roadside assistance program that… The roadside assistance program that Verti use has the worst customer skills I've ever experienced. A Verti roadside assistant customer service agent called a third party tow truck provider that has one driver. My wait time went from a 1 hr wait that was confirmed by a member of the roadside assistant agent to not knowing what time or when another driver would be dispatched. I was placed on hold for 1 additional for a Verti roadside agent to come back on the line to assist me. I will not be patronizing Verti Insurance anymore.

Great company...... to be continued... Ok, so I've had Verti for a year now and I've never had an issue. So, I'm 49 years old, never, ever been in an accident, until last night (some guy slammed on his brakes and came to a complete stop on completely dark highway, didn't have time to swerve out if the way). I tried calling last night (1:10am) to file a claim, no answer. Called this morning, got an operator who took my information, gave me a reference number and was told that someone would be in touch with me on Monday. Couldn't get anyone to authorize a rental, tell me about deductibles or anything. It's the Christmas shopping rush and I'm stuck until Monday. I still have faith in Verti, still think its an amazing company but this is one thing that I think they probably need to look into some changes, as far as filling a claim and things of the sort. I'll comment again once i hear from them on Monday to let everyone know how that process goes.

Everything was great Everything was great! Even referred friends and family. Psyment came out of my checking account twice. Emailed agent I worked with regarding this. Never received a response. Five stars would have been given, but if I communicate with you, reply back.
