Go elsewhere Slow, inefficient, and not well informed. My wife called the same agent a few days later and got a snide remark about me. Not only that, but she, the agent, seemed to be uninterested in helping my wife. That is odd because both of us have dealt with that agent before and been satisfied. While I'm at it I'll mention that the entire process is ridiculously long and cumbersome, apparently designed to deal with slow children, not adults. Next time we will try another service.

Have used them to help me navigate painlessly each year since initial enrollment, four years ago. I have the same specialist that I call direct. Nice to work with someone that is familiar to you.
