Most reasonably priced and Easy Service This is the most reasonably priced plans and I’ve tried several extended warranty companies. Easy to use and usually my auto service dept. calls and works out the warranty claims so there is no extra calls on my end.

Overall the process was lengthy Overall the process was lengthy, however I was pleased that I didn't have to pay for a transmission replacement. If you have a high mileage vehicle, i high recommend this warranty.

Not so sure My experience BEFORE I purchased a warranty package was excellent. I had a bunch of questions for the reps & they responded quickly & thoroughly – one completely went out of his way to help me – even called while on a trip abroad. THEN I purchased it & the excellent service stopped. I had to email one of the reps twice before she answered, and then she gave me misinformation. I didn’t want my account on auto debit & she gave me a number to call. I called & the rep asked for my Vin, put me on hold for about five minutes then transferred me, without telling me, to an external trash company I called BACK & got another rep who told I didn’t have the option to change it. So I’m not sure WHAT to believe. I have a feeling this is an indication of things to come with them.
