Good for the car rental but not Qeeq app Good for the car rental. They are Chinese who can speak Japanese but not English. Use Translation app is ok. Not good for the Qeeq app. The wrong picture of the car made me misunderstood. I saw new Alphard in the app but I got 10 years ago Alphard.

Good Good. Quick booking & picking up the car. But quite difficult to change the return date as you have to contact the car rental directly & somehow the record is in another name.

Jury is still out! Very easy to navigate the options and our requirements and immediate response. However our chosen option offered free additional driver but there was no option to book this at checkout and so I added it as a request. Very quick email response that advises a charge of around 4.5 euros a day extra driver and if this is the case it will make it a more expensive option than others I found and I will obviously not be very impressed! Update after our holiday will be forthcoming!

Easy and convenient Easy and convenient. Prices with QEEQ are usually very good with coupons often available for further discounted rates. I have used the QEEQ platform many times (probably 5-6 times a year) and no issues to date. If you upgrade to Diamond it includes a service where is the price drops then the reservation is re-booked at the lower rate (I have benefited from this many times).
