Good for the car rental but not Qeeq app Good for the car rental. They are Chinese who can speak Japanese but not English. Use Translation app is ok. Not good for the Qeeq app. The wrong picture of the car made me misunderstood. I saw new Alphard in the app but I got 10 years ago Alphard.

This was a trouble free renttesal This was a trouble free rental, as our plane was late the rental desk was closed, but key was in a lockup for us to collect with information on envelope, when returning we parked car in same place and dropped keys into airport carpark letter box. Great.

All OK, but never received the Confirmation All was good when searching, booking and confirming my booking. But, several days later I've yet to receive a confirmation email from you. My booking is confirmed in my account, but I had to search it rather than receive the confirmation as expected. What's gone wrong here?

Easicar Rental - Shannon Airport The assistant running the Easicar Rental from Shannon Airport, Ireland was great. He stayed very late to pick us up from the airport at 1am a was efficient in sorting the car both on collection & drop off. Car was good quality relatively new MG and spotlessly clean. Would definitely use again.
