As I was completing the renewal, I noticed the cost for the Hagerty driving Club/Magazine is separate from the Insurance costs. Is membership necessary? I could put that $$ towards parts! She is 50 years old now!🤣😂

Hagerty is a family owned company that are actually car enthusiasts. Great company staff extremely knowledgeable about cars competent prices are good. Don't think about it give them a call and start coverage with them. You won't regret it.

My car was damaged on Aug My car was damaged on Aug. 1st and I filed a claim. It took several weeks and many follow up phone calls to get an appraisor that didn't communcate with me at all to even send me a check to start my repairs. The appraisor failed to look under the car for damage. Now nearly 6 months in the body shop, I need a mechanic to replace the clutch etc. underneath the car and I've waited ~ 2 weeks and no contact. I think my agent's name is Devin Doherty.

Boy oh boy Mathew is EXACTLY right… Boy oh boy Mathew is EXACTLY right regarding the horsesh$t roadside assistance. Sucks ass and then some. Waited several hours 3 times. Now I just call my local guys who actually care. Hagerty itself has been great but don’t count on ANY roadside “assistance”

Roadside Assistance is Awful (Offshored to Agero) Hagerty advertises themselves as a high-end service, but they offshore roadside assistance to Agero. And Agero is completely awful. Their call center in the Philippines has a list of every fly-by-night tow operator, and they run down the list until they find someone cheap so Agero can pocket the profits. So customers wait hours for tow truck drivers who are already mad their getting shortchanged. And it's no surprise they cancel jobs or no-show when they get a better deal. Despite providing detailed feedback on this to both Hagerty and Agero management, they are all more interested in lining their pockets while you sit stranded on the side of the road.
