The CEO will give you information that is not truthful to convince you to make a decision which is not in your best interest. Make sure you have an attorney on retainer because you will need one.

#Winning! I never heard of Rhino until I found the apartment I'm currently living in. These days, in states like Colorado, it can be really tricky to live comfortably and always pay your bills on time. Without Rhino, I wouldn't have been able to move into my apartment. The fact that they were able to take care of my entire deposit really changed the course for my future. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! Absolutely loved working with Rhino! Due to Hurricane Ian, my house had flooding and soon mildew and mold was present. I had to move fast, but didn't have the money for a security deposit. Rhino was a life-saver! They made the process extremely simple and had the approval the same day! The agents were courteous and helpful! Wonderful company, you WON'T regret it!

2 years of nightmares and taking all my money If I could give negative stars, I would. This “company” is an a nightmare and absolutely a scam. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and you all should too. They will continue to charge you even after you’ve moved. Not get back to you for days on end. And send you collections for one thousand dollars and tell you that you had excessive wear and tear to your home when you left it spotless and in perfect condition. Any company that has this terrible of customer service is a JOKE. Do not wait your time, pick somewhere else to live or refuse to use this service. ONLY FRAUDULENT LANDLORDS/ RENTAL COMPANIES WILL ASK YOU TO USE THIS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. PERIOD.
