YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! Absolutely loved working with Rhino! Due to Hurricane Ian, my house had flooding and soon mildew and mold was present. I had to move fast, but didn't have the money for a security deposit. Rhino was a life-saver! They made the process extremely simple and had the approval the same day! The agents were courteous and helpful! Wonderful company, you WON'T regret it!

Great help for financial emergencies Although i was grieving from the passing of my mother. Rhino made my expenses for moving like a weight lifted off my shoulders by allowing me to keep my deposit to help with the funeral and gave me monthly payments instead. I am forever grateful.

2 years of nightmares and taking all my money If I could give negative stars, I would. This “company” is an a nightmare and absolutely a scam. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and you all should too. They will continue to charge you even after you’ve moved. Not get back to you for days on end. And send you collections for one thousand dollars and tell you that you had excessive wear and tear to your home when you left it spotless and in perfect condition. Any company that has this terrible of customer service is a JOKE. Do not wait your time, pick somewhere else to live or refuse to use this service. ONLY FRAUDULENT LANDLORDS/ RENTAL COMPANIES WILL ASK YOU TO USE THIS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. PERIOD.

I absolutely love Rhino I absolutely love Rhino! When transitioning to move from a expensive area of TN to a move affordable part right around Christmas time, I found out about Rhino and it helped me so much by allowing me to split up the security deposit into monthly payments at an affordable price! So happy I was able to save money and put it towards the other moving expenses.
