Professional & Professional Customer Service When I first contacted Endurance, Robert was the person I spoke with. After receiving information from him I thought about the program for a few weeks. He respectfully stayed in contact with me and answered my questions as I posed them and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Robert's position is that if it makes sense, I'll come to the right decision. I had a previous experience with another extended warranty provider which was terrible. We bought our new GMC and then I contacted Robert to become an Endurance customer. He was professional during every contact we had and he is the main reason for choosing Endurance.

Desi Desi did an excellent job with my quote and answered all my questions an sent me my endurance purchase on line and pointed out key factors I needed to know. All good, mind you and it made it much easier to explain to my husband that works out of town. Thank you, Thank you!!

Receiving emails about coverage. I started to receive emails stating I had not yet signed up for Endurance protection. Since I had purchased Endurance protection in December, 2023, I contacted them and they stated I was covered and they would stop the emails stating I was not covered. They quickly took care of this issue.

Extremely poor customer service I called Endurance Vehicle Warranty, about a quote. I spoke with "John". He was extremely pushy and very high pressured. At one point he told me, "Steve, I'm just trying to...", I interrupted hom, and told him, that I think it best to end the call. At that point, I called and lodged a complaint with Endurance customer service. If that's their culture at Endurance to try and strong arm their prospective customers, then they'll be losing more customers than just me.
