Worthless Warranty Do not use First Premier Home Warranty unless you want to lose money and be very frustrated. They do not have a list of competent service providers, they do not pay fully for service, they do not pay for replacements, their customer service is slow and unhelpful...the list goes on and on. My warranty is for 10 years (paid almost $4,000), and I tried canceling after one and a half years, but they are only approving a refund of $600. I continually ask for a breakdown of how they determined my refund, but they will not email me back or return my calls. They are scammers. DO NOT USE THEM.

These jokers also own a telemarketing company and will sell your info. Hey I’m warning you with all I have. Stay away. If Trust Pilot has caught them posting FAKE reviews what does that tell you? Pay CLOSE ATTENTION To the REAL negative reviews. And to the guy who bought several policies show this to your credit card company so they can immediately reverse charges. Hey contractors these guys don’t pay claims. I can’t believe they’re still in that little boiler room in Brooklyn. I’m warning you with all I have. They don’t honor their service They don’t honor their service. Put in claim for ac repair at 400 bill. They only willing to pay 200. I agreed, now waiting forever to get that money. Slow slow slow on claims, will sell plan in 2 seconds though. Will never use them again. Con artists!

This company has a slow response This company has a slow response, doesn’t trust their contractors estimate, very slow in approving claim, and will offer cash in lieu for $100, the same amount you pay contractor for service calls. I will never purchase this company again. 2 claims, one claim disallowed, next claim $100 toward new gas dryer. What a fraud. The customer service is awful. Will take advantage of senior citizens.
