GBRespond very promptly and covers most of the Repairs Respond immediately and repairs within a week of time most of the repairs are 100% covered but only issue is plumbing is not covered it would be nice if they cover plumbing related problems also.

GBUnprofessional scammers I was provided an authorization code in advance and then they denied my claim. What is the point of having a warranty if they just find a way out of it? Their technician "Ashley" stated my authorization code was not an authorization code, despite me reading the email to her. She refused to give me supervisor information and then hung up on me. I attempted to call back twice and no technicians have picked up since. They are clearly a scam company and their employees are unprofessional. My experience does not matter to them, but hopefully my review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by giving them my business. I contacted my realtor, a family friend, so that she and her clients will no longer use Complete Protection. I told every person in the market for a home and/or warranty about my experience too because in this economy, with inflation so high, it's inhumane to take someone's hard earned money, give them false reassurance that they are protected, and then deny a valid claim.

GBOUT of Town. Sorry girlfriend read my E-mail and wrote the review… Hi I am very sorry!! My girl friend heard me complaing about My CAR protection and confused them with CP.. Every time I call them They are there! If there is any complaint it whould be that they dont have enough people to fix all the problems!! A few times I had to find A repair man on my own..

GBBad company to deal with. Hoops and $1000 aggregate limits Unfortunately, they are not a good company to work with. More hoops to jump through than a circus. I got their premium package for $900, however only covers an aggregate maximum of $1000 on most things. If they decide you need a new appliance only covers a few hundred dollars. I should have read the fine print before signing up. I had an approved claim for $320 for someone to look at a leak I had, they provided an estimate to repair it which was going to cost $2200, and they said they would only cover $680 as I would hit the $1000 maximum reimbursement. They wanted me to do a bunch of work to get the estimate in their format with their information. Too many hoops, not worth the premium. I canceled, and they are prorating and deducting the $320. Not a good way to run a business.

GBHands Down The Best Home Warranty Company This company has always responded positively, professionally and speedily to any issues we've had with our appliances or pool equipment and in the past few years there have been many. Unlike most home warranty companies their contractors never charge a service call fee and on the rare occasions where they didn't have a contractor the company has always sent our reimbursement check for someone we had to call outside of the network in a timely manner. We think it's the best home warranty company out there. #loyalforlife
