I have spoken with a representative twice to get my mortgage notified and payments from my impound account but nothing was done. My mortgage has now notified me that I do not have home owners insurance. I have no way to prove I have insurance and now notified my mortgage to try to get proof from Bamboo since I have not received any. So far I am not impressed.

If you are thinking of saving a few… If you are thinking of saving a few hundred dollars by paying an unknown company like “Bamboo” then you are in for the biggest mistake of your life. Things happen for a reason, so don’t make that mistake. There are a lot of things you can learn, either by someone telling you and educating you for free, or in a tough way by getting into a situation where you expect help but end up paying an extra cost. In my experience with "Bamboo", filing a claim with them will result in two things: firstly, your claim is denied, and secondly, your claim is lower than the detectable amount. In both cases, you will receive nothing from them and will lose your home. You think you are covered by insurance, but you are not. Just a few hundreds more and you will be covered by a well-known company and you will have the peace of mind that if something happens to you or to your property, you will be covered. Please take my advice. I have been hit by this company twice and the first thing I will do is cancel my policy with BS company.
