DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased an extended warranty from Patriot and 2 years later I decided to trade my vehicle in. I submitted the required notarized paperwork to them May 11, 2018 and as of today I still have not received a penny back from Patriot. My wife and I have called them more times than I can count and every single call goes to voicemail so they can screen who they speak to. We have left at least 20 voicemails and neither of us have received any contact from them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I don't expect them to be able to get through to them either. Save your time and your MONEY and look elsewhere for an extended warranty. These guys are total scammers!

Victim of Patriot Protection Shield DataZation llc Scam They are definitely a scam and a fraudulent company. They don't pay the employees or customers they are nothing more than crooks just go to BBB they have grade F look at all the reviews and complaints on bbb, Yelp and online. If you need to see proof I have several papers and documents to show and prove that all they do is scam anyone they come in contact with employees and customers.stay away from Patriot Protection Shield.

This place is a scam!! This place is a scam!!! they took my money so quickly after I paid for the top coverage plan over $3,000. I did not have one single claim while I had the plan. My car was totaled and was a total loss. I called and asked if I was entitled to a refund and was told yes and what information I needed to provide. I have provided all of the needed information and have waited over a year and a half for this refund. I have received nothing but the run around. Do not deal with this fraudulent company! Lies Lies Lies.... I was told they were going through a hardship because of the hurricane claims and referred to another company for my refund. Lies Lies Lies......
