This is my 3rd protection plan with them, and will continue to protect my vehicles with them in the future. The personal service and professionalism they offer and provide. It's nothing short of outstanding!! Thank you Patriot!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased an extended warranty from Patriot and 2 years later I decided to trade my vehicle in. I submitted the required notarized paperwork to them May 11, 2018 and as of today I still have not received a penny back from Patriot. My wife and I have called them more times than I can count and every single call goes to voicemail so they can screen who they speak to. We have left at least 20 voicemails and neither of us have received any contact from them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I don't expect them to be able to get through to them either. Save your time and your MONEY and look elsewhere for an extended warranty. These guys are total scammers!

Everything was explained very well and… Everything was explained very well and thoroughly, our options and what everything would cost. The only question we really has was the company we were talking to just to make sure it's legit before giving out our debit card info.

Refusing Refund -- Bad Business or SCAM. I purchased, then had to cancel due to budget problems. I requested cancellation and refund of $300.00 initial payment. My bank shows the transaction. After 3days of back and forth, the supervisor wrote that would send to "Refund Dept". That was APRIL 21. Today is MAY 30. Despite several attempts to contact them, no one answers phone; one phone responds. "person and phone no. does not exist."
