Many questions - great customer service I had several questions - customer service was effective, professional, friendly and pro-active. All the agents that served me clearly knew what they were doing and wanted to and did provide top-notch service. Overall communication during the entire process was great. The only downside, and therefore 4 rather than 5 stars, is the online/web application interface - it's pretty good, but a bit confusing and could be better.
