GBMany questions - great customer service I had several questions - customer service was effective, professional, friendly and pro-active. All the agents that served me clearly knew what they were doing and wanted to and did provide top-notch service. Overall communication during the entire process was great. The only downside, and therefore 4 rather than 5 stars, is the online/web application interface - it's pretty good, but a bit confusing and could be better.

She patiently explained the details I needed for the wind mitigation inspection. She is kind, thorough and respectful of my time. Thank you, Jasmyn.

GBI purchasesed a door and 2 windows I purchasesed a door and 2 windows. They came to install and the windows were perfect, but when shown the door it didn't even comes close to matching the color I needed so I refused install. They argued with me for months till I finally contacted the BBB and have been asking for my money back $4800. They have called to try to fix the situation but when you get a business that just wants to argue with you interest is lost at ever doing business with this place again. On one phone conversation a gentlemen told me they don't even have the stain to match what I need. So then give me my money back then. They will not budge on doing this so now we have to go thru mediation with the BBB. Meanwhile I am paying interest on this $4800.00 because I had to finance it. Their customer service when it comes to complaints is horrible. Instead of listening to me they just continue to argue with me. I just want my money back, with interest now.
